Perhaps best known for our training on 'Managing distressed students' (for the education sector) and 'Managing distressed clients/customers' (for other settings), we provide a wide range of training courses, both online and in-person. As a company, we have our origins in the higher education sector, but we are increasingly working in other sectors, including retail, healthcare, and other client-facing settings, where colleagues have to meet the needs of clients with complex support needs.
