Who’s Listening is a full-service marketing agency with specialisms in social media, paid ads (meta and search), email marketing and websites, working with businesses across the UK. Rapid growth has seen the team almost double in size, with plans to recruit at least two more team members in the next 12 months.
Managing Director, Shane Gammage said: “It’s been a really exciting time for us – in just over two and a half years we have achieved an incredible amount and have ambitious plans which these appointments will be supported by. All of our business comes from word of mouth and referral, so we know that our clients are happy with what we do for them and see genuine results, and that’s down to the skill and hard work of our people.”
The new team members are Liam Armstrong, Business Marketing Consultant whose previous experience includes Operations Director of an engineering business in Durham (£2.5m+ turnover) and Commercial Manager at York City Football Club; Josh Hoggart, Social Media Specialist who is currently finishing a PhD in Sound Production and has worked on delivering training to prison inmates as well as creating content for the in-prison TV station; and Care-Ella Bellerby, Website Designer / Developer, a recent graduate from Northumbria University, studying Computer Science with a focus on Web Development, who has since been working for another agency.
Shane continues: “The skill set that these new recruits add to our offering further strengthens what we can provide to our clients and will allow us to push further and harder to deliver even better results. I can’t wait to see them thrive in their roles and it’s brilliant to be able to recognise, attract and retain skills in the North East.”
Who’s Listening has recently launched its free downloadable ‘marketing trends for 2025’ report which can be downloaded from the website, and plans to launch free masterclass workshops covering its core services in the new year which will demonstrate how to implement these effectively.
